    Developing strategic sales objectives, preparing customized presentations based on opportunity


    Identifying new avenues of sales by providing customized solutions to the customers

    Conducting market research and competitor analysis of the Molecular Genetic testing market and

    also developing corporate tie- ups for the same

    Proper implementation of strategies in the field as designed by the Marketing Team.

    Effectuating sales promotion as a part of brand building market development effort to enhance

    molecular genetic service awareness.

    Built rapport with the existing KOL's Corporates for business expansion and development

    Plan and Organize CME's / RTM's with the KOL's

    Establishing corporate tie- ups for all high- end molecular genetic diagnostic services.

    Handling clients issues for pricing, delivery and timely services

    Ensured timely payments from the corporates and institutions

    Doing timely follow up, daily reports and communications to Reporting Manager.

    Job Location: Hyderabad / Delhi / Mumbai / Jaipur / Kolkata / Ahmedabad / Chennai / Bangalore / Pune / Chandigarh

    Salary: Upto 3.50 Lacs P.A.

    Should have experience of diagnostic test/ Oncology / Cardiology / Neurology or any other critical

    Should have worked with major corporate Hospitals and diagnostic labs.

    Should have handled distributors independently.

    Job Description:

    The person will be responsible for the Gene expression analysis studies in molecular biology


    Primary responsibilities include:

    Involve in strategies and implementing ideas to develop assay for real time based analysis and

    support projects process/ work- flow efficiencies

    Proficient in RNA isolation from various biological samples.

    Develop methodologies in isolating DNA and RNA and valedictory process using Real time PCR


    Overcome regular challenges and road blocks in research with constant innovation of alternate

    strategy working under deadline and available resources.

    Proficient in project, protocol writeup.

    Aware to ISO, EHS compliance and document maintenance and write- up

    Possess strong bench skills; take pleasure in quality of cutting edge experiments.

    Extensive experience in Nucleic acid extraction, amplification and cloning is a must, especially primer

    designing, RT- PCR, Real time PCR (Relative and absolute quantification) .

    Should be a good team player as the work involves interaction with scientists from different

    department and cultures.

    Ability to lead, influence and motivate others, high in self confidence and self motivated.

    Ability to demonstrate performance and growth in a fast- paced and dynamic environment.

    Excellent oral and written communication skills.
