Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Monthly Sales Planning and Forecasting. Appointment of High investment Stockists
2. Primary target Achievement and regular assessment on ROI
3. Drive SKU penetration in existing outlets. Addition of new outlets to get incremental business
4. Benchmark with competition and come out with innovative ideas to grab share
5. Responsible for micro level planning on enhancing various distribution aspects of the business i.e. coverage, availability, productivity, RSO performance standards, availability for the defined
6. Ensuring the availability and visibility of the SKUs in the market
7. Heading new market launching, operating schemes etc.
8. Imparting training to Distributor/Dealers & team assigned to you.
9. Motivating the employees to actively sell product
10. Maintaining data, conducting market intelligence and attending consumer complaints
11. Conducting audit of stick levels to ensure primary sales
