    • Candidate will be responsible for sourcing profiles from internal database, job portals, social sites and third-party vendors
    • Sourcing profiles for technical positions and healthcare positions
    • Develop and manage relationship with third party vendors
    • Follow up and coordinate with vendors/candidates for paper work
    • Excellent Communication and written skills.

    For Business Development Executive

    • Candidate will be responsible for generating new leads (tier1 staffing firms, Implementation partners, Direct Clients)
    • Develop and manage relationship with the existing customers
    • Understand and analyze the job requirements
    • Screen and submit candidates to clients
    • Follow up on submissions and coordinate interviews

Salary: INR 50,000 - 1,75,000 P.A.
