Responsible for administrative responsibilities involved in the Talent COE function
Responsible for handling end to end vendor on boarding process on Client vendor portal
ARIBA & vendor payments on Oracle
Administrative knowledge of Client University (MCU) Client learning management system
Provide support to Talent COE Lead in creating the annual training calendar for South Asia &handling all the administrative work relating to the same
Responsible for coordination necessary for the Induction process for new joiners
Ability to manage pre, post & training day activities like required set-up & arrangements, rosters,feedback & reporting the same through various reports / presentations, etc
Ability to assist in creation of the Interns Training calendar as well as assist in various learning initiatives around the Campus Hires.
Assists in preparing annual learning budget for the region & keep records of spend throughout the year
Ability to assist in other development projects as required from time to time.
All About You
Excellent proficiency in Excel/Word/PowerPoint-Mandatory
Experience of coordination of similar activities with a large organization in the past
Stakeholder and Relationship management
Multitasking ability with strong prioritization skills
Strong execution skills with focus on deadlines and quality
