    Key Activities and Responsibilities:

    • Sourcing, Screening, Short listing and Negotiating with the consultant and the vendors.
    • Analyzing the requirement carefully and sourcing quality profiles for the same
    • Using various modes of sourcing for active requirements and planning based on the skill.
    • Prepare qualification summary and review submittal with recruiting manager
    • and update resume based on discussion.
    • Format resumes properly based on templates.
    • Willing to work as per US Eastern timings (Night Shift India).
    • Building strong relationships with hiring managers and key stake holders to understand their
    • hiring needs and finding the correct individuals to fulfil their needs.
    • Working on high volume positions with quick turnaround and closure time.
    • Innovating and formulating various strategies to attract talented professionals and passive candidates.
    • Extensively use Social Media, and Networking Sites for full cycle recruiting.
    • Creating, updating & maintaining database of qualified, evaluated candidates.
    • Good understanding of IT job functions and good conceptual understanding of
    • technologies.
    • Qualify candidates through phone screens and interviews.
    • Negotiate wages and compensation package.

    • Strong work ethics and team player.

    • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently Adaptability.

    Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
    • Minimum 1 - 4 Years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
    • Experience in Corp to Corp (C2C), W2 and 1099.
    • Experience in working on IT Requirements.
    • Experience on Job portals like Dice, Monster, Social networking sites, headhunting etc.
    • Thoroughly Familiar with all US Visas and Tax terms.

Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 8,00,000 PA.
