Job Title: Technical Recruiter
Job Location: Hyderabad
Working Hours: US PST Time zone

The Technical Recruiter is a key member of the recruitment organization. The position requires the ability to understand complex IT job requirements and needs in multiple locations across the U.S.. This person will have expertise in recruiting employees who are highly experienced with servers, storage, virtualization technologies, backup technologies, disaster recovery, networking, databases, technical support and other IT & Non-IT verticals in the organization.

Gain the trust of the delivery team
Thoroughly evaluate candidates
Technical recruiting of top caliber candidates
Ability to analyze, research and understand requirements to identify qualified talent
Proficient on resume search portals, using search engines, passive techniques and utilizing social media tools to identify candidates
Work closely with candidates for Resume preparation, interview scheduling, and initial screening on the phone
Communicate at all levels to inform the delivery team, and management about a candidate search status
Use sound business judgment and common sense when approaching obstacles and solving problems during candidate searches
Balance the demands of the customer with the defined constraints of the candidate search
Identify areas for improvement
Strive for enthusiastically satisfied clients on every engagement
Experience level: 4-5 years of recruiting experience (1-2 year(s) of IT recruitment experience).
Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
Must be comfortable recruiting for all levels of employees
In-house experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Experience with international hiring highly desired
Business acumen: Ability to be understand basic technical requirements, conduct job searches and initial screens against job requirements
