  • Role : SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : 1. Troubleshooting of issues related to products like - Cisco Unified Call Manager, Call Manager Express, Cisco Unity, Voice Gateway, Gatekeepers, Voice mail Server, IP phones , Cisco Meeting Place , GSM Gateway, soft phones. 2. Troubleshooting skills for Voice protocols like SIP, H.323, MGCP, RTP 3. Knowledge on Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signaling 4. Plan and test Voice network software upgrades

    • Technical Experience : 5 Good To Have: 1 Good communication skill 2 ITIL Certification 6 Create and publish Root Cause Analysis for Critical incidents 7 Coordinate with product and service vendors on Support Requests for problem diagnostics, log collection and problem resolution 8 Daily review of alerts from monitoring tool related to Cisco Call Manager,Cisco Unity Connection,UCCX

    • Professional Attributes : Work towards resolution of incidents reported by users/monitoring tool - within SLA 10 Raise flags for critical issue and follow defined escalation path and update frequency 11 Coordinate with product and service vendors on Support Requests for problem diagnostics, log collection and problem res

    • Educational Qualification : BTECH
