    Title: Sr. Executive/Executive - Administration

    Vendor Management/ Procurement: Ensure adequate inventory/ timely procurement for office consumables like stationery, food & beverages, etc. and procurement of office equipment, etc. within the defined budgets in a fair & ethical manner. Negotiate with vendors & issuing purchase requests. Ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner

    Retail Store Management : Ongoing upkeep of retail stores to offer seamless experience to both internal and external customers. Regular visits to understand the needs and challenges and to sort those out.

    Warehouse Management : Manage and look after any/all requirements being raised from warehousing perspective.

    Work cross-functionally and with external B2B partners to streamline and align processes in order to maintain smooth functioning and thus facilitate business achieve growth targets.

    Housekeeping Management: Ongoing upkeep of the office facility to offer a world class environment to employees and visitors alike. Regular training for housekeeping & security staff to constantly improve the service delivery experience

    Travel Management: End to End management (air, visas & land arrangements) of all travel requests relating to inbound & outbound travel Event Management: Manage conference/ meeting room bookings. Actively lead planning & execution of events in & out of office

    Miscellaneous: Maintaining records (documentation) of office assets, inventory, etc. Preparing & presenting reports on a weekly, monthly & ad-hoc basis. Assisting the building facility management team for fire safety drills, first aid training, etc. Ensuring compliance with all regulations pertaining to the facility. Offer a great on-boarding experience to all new hires in the company. Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

    What we look forward to?
    Minimum 1-4 years of experience in similar domain
    Minimum Graduate degree
    Good inter-personal communication skills
    Should be strong in building relationships
    Ability to think of an alternate solution on the go
    Working : 6-days/week
