    Experience-5-8Years( At least3 years in Vacation Selling)
    Industry: Vacation Selling, Holiday sharing, Time share, Real estate

    Education- UG:Any Graduate - Any Specialization ( Preference from tourism or hotel industry)
    Location : Banglore, Jaipur Howard Johnson
    Reporting to Regional Business Head/ National Business head

    Business Planning and Expansion
    Works closely with onsite staff of HOJO
    Prepare list of customers to be targeted daily.
    Make presentation to customer and ensure is confidently and clearly able to communicate the USPs of unique vacation.
    Develop and implement effective sales plans.
    Identify new avenues for brand promotion and building business.
    Achieve targets, and Aligned teams for achieving the targets.
    Instrumental in creating new channel tie ups for constant lead generation
    Creates and implement Yearly, Quarterly and Monthly sales strategies, compensation programs, marketing programs and strategic partnerships.
    Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals at execution Level.
    Monitor market trends and competitors- activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
    Map emerging opportunities, discuss with senior management and prioritize.
    Periodically review and ensure a healthy pipeline of new orders as per geography mix, domain mix, product mix discussed and agreed

    Budget, Profitability & Cost Efficiency
    Prepare annual budget for the on site and present the same to Sales Head.
    Periodically take stock of cost drivers and devise strategies for cost efficiencies for the site.
    Keep check on Operational expenses as per budgets.

    P&L Management
    Periodically review and ensure that topline, bottom-line, are maintained at agreed levels

    People Management
    Ensure right manpower planning and on boarding
    Plan and drive employee capability development at the region
    Drive employee engagement and motivation while championing organizations values and Code of Conduct for the Zone.
    Monitor performance of all on role and off role employees and provide feedback.

    Strategic Roles
    Fine tune and align internal business processes to remain competitive and no clashes with other business.
    Discuss and implement cost-effective upgrades of existing products to remain ahead of competition and improve share of business
    Maintain relations with all external stake-holders
    Maintain cordial relations with internal stake-holders to ensure smooth and easy execution of his business tasks.

    Key Account Management
    Keep strong relations with existing customers and ensure attention to their on-going problems, if any,
    New Customer and Market development- Identification of Product Potential w.r.t vaction owning.

    Oversee timely and accurate invoicing, documentation in support of invoicing, collection.
