    Role/ Job Responsibilities:

    1. Handling Acronis or any other backup solutions and managing regional distribution and channel partners.
    2. Responsible for pursuing sales generating opportunities from existing or new customer accounts.
    3. Prospecting, lead generation and customer interaction via telephone to sell and market Acronis products.
    4. Quote prices, credit terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained.
    5. Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, annual sales and revenue target.
    6. Meet daily and monthly activity targets such as outbound calls, time spent on phone, number of account acquisitions and close rates.
    7. Work the entire sales process from prospecting new leads to the activation of new accounts.
    8. Supporting of all the renewal business and activities for the BU.
    9. Team with sales person to service corporate accounts.
    10. Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline of self-generated sales lead.
    11. Communicate appropriate product and technical information to prospective customers and conduct follow up according to department standards.
    12. Identify sales trends, document prospect feedback and contribute constructive feedback to our internal partners regarding marketing, product and systems as necessary.
    13. Manage third party vendors
    14. Conduct outbound cold calls into targeted accounts to promote Acronis product and Sales promotion plans.
    15. To achieve a monthly sales target and search for new business opportunities in existing accounts through the identification of new contracts.
    16. Follow up on sales leads in a timely and effective manner
    17. Perform marketing activities


    Requirements:
    Intermediate or higher level of English
    Technical and IT product knowledge is required
    Familiar with IT backup and recovery storage and Cloud Computing
    Technical Background experience is a plus
    Outgoing, patient, customer oriented and has a good communication and interpersonal skills
    Customer focused individual with solid sales track
    Excellent negotiation skills
    Strong sales knowledge
    Good Communication Skills
    Ability to handle pressure


Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 12,00,000 PA.
