    LLB/LLM , Company Secretary from recognised and reputed Institute.
    6-8 years of Legal & Corporate Secretarial experience preferably in a Corporate Legal department
    Good understanding of commercial contracts.
    Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
    Clear on complex contractual concepts, good exposure to corporate and commercial laws.
    Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    Microsoft Office skills: Intermediate to Advanced Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
    Ability to collaborate and network with others to meet the business needs, with sound understanding of business work.
    Attentive to details and strong follow-up skills.
    Dependable with strong work ethic.
    Strong experience in Corporate Law, IT Laws and International Laws, FERA, FEMA, etc
    Strong experience in drafting, negotiation and execution of Agreements and life cycle management of all commercial contracts including but not limited to Business Correspondent Agreements, Technical Service Provider Agreements, Agent Institution Agreement and contract with vendors, clients, employees, distributors etc.
    Identifying areas of risks in Agreements and provide mitigation strategies on the same.
    Maintaining MIS of Agreements, undertake Renewals, Termination of Agreements.
    Provide assistance to sales/business unit in submitting bid floated by government owned telecom companies.
    Experience in handling sensitive information and supporting senior level managers or leaders.
    Handle legal, statutory and secretarial compliances of the Company.
    Drafting legal notices and providing reply to the same.
    Handle conflict management/dispute resolution.
    Custodian of original Agreements.
    Keeping track of the Contract life cycle and responsible for timely renewal of the same.
    Provide legal support to Finance, Sales and HR department.
    Company Secretary
    Organising and preparing for Agendas and papers for board meetings, AGM's and EGM's.
    Taking minutes, drafting resolutions, filing required forms and annual returns with ROC.
    Providing formal Reports and information, Self-Certifications, Statements of Compliance and Board Statements as appropriate.
    Overseeing policies related to company law, making sure they are kept up to date and referred to the appropriate committees for approval.
    Maintaining statutory registers, including registers of members, directors and secretaries, application and renewal of DSCs etc.
    Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action.
    Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as internal, statutory and secretarial auditors, Directors, ROC.
    Monitoring related party transactions.
