    1) Ability to implement HR policies for manpower planning, recruitment, selection, induction, orientation and development of new employees in organization.
    2) A dynamic go-getter with multi-discipline abilities in driving efforts towards achievement of organizational goals.
    3) Dealing with Vendors for Manpower requirements, (Off Roll / Onroll).
    4) Looking after Basic Amenities and Statutory Compliance - PF, ESIC, I-cards, etc
    5) Traveling to different locations, warehouse, hubs, service centers across the region for resolving Employee Grievances.
