    • This position has duel responsibility of developing Institutional / tender business in India and to develop export markets in South Asia which are represented by importers.
    • In Indian market the candidate will be responsible to work with regional team to ensure participation in all tenders, develop specifications in key accounts and work closely on GEM portal. It is expected that candidate will visit key accounts on regular basis.
    • Work with State and Central Government key decision makers to ensure listing of the products and brand.
    • Manage and further develop the current institutional/key accounts business and government business.
    • Collect market data, latest trends and keep up to date with products and competitors
    • Ideal candidate should have experience of handling Key accounts and OEMs
    • Candidate should have proven past record of dealing with Govt and semi Govt tender business
    • Its desirable to have exposure in handling export market preferably Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Nepal & Bangladesh markets.
    • This position will support development of markets in Bhutan, Nepal, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka by closely working with importers, getting schedules, regular orders, timely dispatches and controlling payments. Regular visits to these counties will be part of profile.
    • Should work closely with the importers to build the brand and business in key accounts.
    • Should be a good Team Member.
    • Effectively follow the reporting structure as per organization norms.
    • Though reporting of this position is to Head Sales and Service, this position will work closely with regional team
