Demonstrating the Vehicle to spread awareness about electric vehicles and Goodness towards environment
Organizing events like Road Shows, Demos & Mall activities
Developing marketing strategies to build consumer loyalty and drive volumes;
evaluating marketing budgets periodically including manpower planning initiatives and ensuring adherence to budgets
Conducting competitor analysis by keeping updates of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics; evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve profitability targets
Administrating retail channels in order to derive required market share, revenue and profit of organization
Formulating strategies and reaching out to unexplored market segments / customer groups for business expansion
Taking adequate measures to monitor and analyzing the performance of vendors& other units pertaining to cost, quality and delivery norms
Conducting and organizing marketing/ sales promotional activities as a part of brand building and market development effort by mapping the target customers
Spearheading dealer manpower activities including Recruiting, Motivating, Training,
Leading & Driving the dealer manpower for achieving Retail Targets.
Billing , Sales & Timely delivery of vehicles.
