    Manager - Business Development (B2B Corporate Direct Sales from Service Sector)

    "You will be responsible for developing business across sectors and geographic locations. This role will suit a proactive and ambitious sales professional with a proven track record of getting projects from various sectors (including public sector). This is individual contributor role and requires the person to independently achieve the revenue targets.


    Approach B2B large Corporates for Business Development, approach Government sector for generating business in integrated facility management services business vertical and achieve higher revenue targets.

    Explore the opportunity on PAN India basis by appropriate research on prospective business within corporate, government and public sector. Segregate the prospective business into segment wise and business module wise. Identify the business sustainability and viability in geographical terms. Identify the Pros and Cons though several strategic approach's enabling management to decide the roadmap on achieving the set targets.

    Collect the information and business insights which are subjected to interest & concern area of the company.

    Build strong relationships within each Account by gaining trust at different levels, qualifying the key decision makers and influencers and proposing the right solution from company's portfolio. Develop an in-depth understanding of company's solutions and strategies.

    Design & develop business plan and strategies to bring on and develop new and existing accounts and achieve agreed set sales target. Achieve growth and retention targets.

    Define the point of contact with all the concerning departments enabling the effective liasoning system that includes but not limited to: - Politicians, Unions, Bureaucracy & Clients

    Generate lead through sources such as: Networking, Online Tendering Sites, References, Industrial Research, Liasoning & Cold Calls.

    Required Candidate profile.

    -MBA (Marketing)-Regular

    - Must have 5 - 10 years of proven track record of B2B - Business Development/ Corporate Sales in any service sector,

    - Must be a hard core CORPORATE SALES/ BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (B2B) maverick. High caliber individual who is good with establishing a trusted relationship at a senior level within and outside the organization.

    - Must have worked independently as an individual contributor for achieving revenue targets.

    - Prior experience in Facility Service Management/ Waste Management company will be an advantage

    - Applicants with experience of selling services to Public Sector will be an added advantage.

    - Sound business acumen & commercial / financial awareness

    - Must have excellent networking, decision making, negotiation and selling skills

    - Superior written and oral communications skills, good influencing and persuasion skills. (Good command over English language)

    - Highly intelligent and analytical individual who is detail-oriented and excels in research.

    - Confident individual who takes initiative, is consistently proactive and is able to interact credibly with people at all levels of an organization.

    - Solid judgment skills for assessing people and situations. Exceptional persistence to excel.

    - Strong sense of curiosity and an ability to ask questions thoughtfully and thoroughly.

    - Strong team player and a willingness to proactively share information, insights, and opinions.

    - Able to manage time well and prioritize multiple tasks appropriately

    - High integrity level, strong work ethics, diligent and sincere

    - Able to demonstrate previous experience of growing and retaining clients

    - Excellent time management and organizational skills with experience of managing own time and prioritizing own workload

    - Enjoys working on own initiative

    - Outstanding communication & persuasion skills with the ability to speak in front of groups and senior decision makers, public authorities and unions.

    - Mature team player with positive go-getter attitude with executive presence and excellent consultative skills.
