Designation- Vice President Sales.
A vice president of sales will oversee daily sales activity, meets with major clients, draws up sales reports, designs new and more effective sales strategies based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning the delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the customer base and ensures its strong presence.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Travel: Should be willing to travel based on Business requirements. Duration varies on project Requirement.
Note-Product sales experience candidates are preferred.
