    Audit of existing processes to evaluate potential leakages and frauds
    Conduct regular and surprise inspections to detect if there have been instances of improper practices.
    Misreporting & using fraudulent documents to obtain bills, inventory, petty cash etc.
    Misappropriation of Company's funds or assets
    Identify conflicts on Centers between functional teams at branch level and report to superiors.
    Check on corruption/malpractices among the staff in the organization
    Maintaining and Monitoring CCTV in all relevant aspects.
    Handling any misbehave conducted in outsource staffs Surprise check of outsources staffs
    Advise management in improving and carrying out policies in accordance with security and institutional
    Conduct regular reviews, initiate investigation and collate evidence and report in a timely manner to help exercise control in the Branches over
    Other inappropriate or unethical business practices
    Involve how to safeguard Company's branch assets from bad intent
    Compliance to procedures for safeguarding cash balances and for movement of cash Fraud Management
    Vigilance and monitoring of Company Assets and property.
    Preventive systems to be introduced, to prevent fraud

    Required Candidate profile

    Require minimum 0 to 2 years experience in health care industry or Fresh Graduate Will do.
    Should have minimum knowledge in Inventory management / Audits.
    Audit / Inspection plans and corrective actions, preventive actions.
    Willing to travel minimum 15 days per month
    Initiate steps as per the policy to follow up recoveries in the fraud & delinquent staffs/ customers.

Salary: INR 1,75,000 - 2,75,000 PA.
