Forecasting Volumes and monitoring actual volumes.
Create Clearance plans for Back Office Operations
MI Reporting (Prepare reports and Dashboards with insights)
Thorough knowledge of Workforce Management activities.
Identify areas to optimize resource utilization.
Automatios (VBA, ACCESS, SQL) would be an added advantage
Experience of working effectively as part of a team
