    Job Description
    1) Providing technical support to end-users via remote support or by visiting the client-end. Diagnose and resolve technical software issues. 2) Troubleshoot and resolve client tech issues related to Product, Virus & Malware Intrusion Etc.
    KEY Role: 1) 0-2 years work experience on Technical support
    2) Provide Online/Offline Technical Support to National/International Customers.
    3) Providing technical support and customer service for our clients.
    4) Providing Technical Support related to Product lines like Anti-virus.
    5) Manage support inquiries via e-mail and phone. 6) Good ability to work in a team environment with multiple team members 7) Flexible to work in Night Shifts

    Functional Area: 1) Proficient knowledge in Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2012/2008/2003/NT/XP configuration options and troubleshooting 2) Proficient knowledge in Connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN.
    3) Knowledge of Active Directory/DNS/DHCP.

    Education: Any Graduate BA/BCOM/BSC/BSC-IT/BCA/MCA
