    Roles and responsibilities 

    Job responsibilities

    • Contact with our customers who have placed requests on UrbanClap
    • Display excellent sales skills at customer doorstep, present the required service and clear customer objections.
    • Possess the ability to understand our customer needs and showcase our service accordingly.
    • Regularly update the Business Development team with sales reports.
    • Provide support to customers on calls, whatsapp.
    • Demonstrate ownership until the service is delivered to the customer.
    • It is a Sales / marketing / business development / BD job actually.
    • Way better than Field Sales. No Targets as such.


    Job requirements

    • Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays and events.
    • 0-3 years of experience in Sales.
    • Two-wheeler vehicle will be mandatory.
    • Business Development / marketing / sales / BD skills required.
