    General Accountabilities:
    • Manage Life & Annuity service delivery team of about 25 people
    • Drive the team to deliver SLA based results
    • Apply performance management strategies /action plans

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Impart internal trainings to the team to enhance the Quality & CSAT
    • Create/ update knowledge base guidelines with known issues and workarounds
    • Work towards continuous process improvements
    • Develop strategies to reduce defects and improve turnaround times
    • Review customer feedbacks and develop plan of action
    • Motivate and mentor the team to deliver consistent results
    • Work towards delivering great customer experience


    University (10+2+3 yrs.) degree is a must
    Overall 5 to 7+ years of minimum work experience in back/middle office operations
    3+ years of experience in Insurance industry is desirable
    2+ years of service oriented experience that required you to interact with external clients/customers over the email and phone
    2+ years of experience that required you to present performance reporting/scorecards to internal/external clients
    3+ years of experience in using MS-Excel that required you to use formulas, tables & formatting, charting, pivot table and pivot reporting
    Reasoning skills, analytical ability and decision-making skills with sound judgement
    Excellent communication skills
