Position: Account Manager Sales

Qualification: MBA / Equivalent from Premium Institutes
The role is focused on maintaining existing client relationships and growing our footprint and new revenue streams as a strategic services partner. This role will work closely with the Client, and Delivery organizations. This person will work both independently and as an integral part of a multicultural team to generate and nurture account relationships. Success in this role will create opportunities for advancement within Business Development & Account Management.
This person will be responsible for managing key accounts in Bangalore region.
Generating business from new accounts and should have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships in existing accounts. In addition, also enhancing business & mining existing accounts to penetrate multiple service lines.
Build relationship with decision makers to open new opportunities in the existing account.
Adhere to defined sales processes and maintain/grow the funnel as per organizational growth plans.
Maintain strong relationship with the customer.
Escalate customer issues, process anomalies and pain points in a timely manner to seniors.
Report sales data, competition information and market data as per requirements.
Good understanding of the entire IT services value chain is required.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Strong networking, verbal & written communication skills.
At least 8+ years overall business development experience in an IT services company.
Excellent professional presentation skills.
Self-motivated and willing to travel occasionally.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
