    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a self-motivated person, with 3 years of Windows Severs, Active Directory, Hyper-V/Azure experience to be part of the IT Infrastructure team.

    Excellent technical knowledge of Active Directory, Manage Engine AD Manager, AD Audit, MDT for OS deployment, DNS, DHCP, e-mail administration in Office 365, VMware, Hyper-V, Bitlocker, McAfee encryption, System Center Configuration Manager, KACE, PowerShell, Veeam backup, WSUS patch management, Crashplan backup

    Job Description:

    - Support IT infrastructure systems and services with 24x7 on-call rotating support.

    - Systems include: Windows Servers, Windows Desktop OS, VMWare, Hyper-V, Oracle, SQL, Sharepoint, Certificate Servers, DNS/DHCP servers

    - System administration support includes: Active directory, support office 365 and Azure cloud application servers, ADFS, EOP, OneDrive.

    - Business Application infrastructure support for SAP, Oracle, web applications.

    - Storage backup and restore including Oracle databases. Virtualized system backup using Veeam.

    - Information rights management, legal hold.

    - System updates and patch management using MDT and WSUS

    - Active sync, mobile device policy administration. MDM and BYOD administration.

    - Disaster Recovery planning, setup and monitoring.

    - Other support tasks include: system and network performance monitoring and tuning; and IO monitoring and analysis. The person will have to review system metrics for storage and servers, and recommend solutions to resolve the issues.

    As part of the job duties, this position requires:

    - Meetings with internal customers on a regular basis to understand their needs, prioritize the tasks, and ensure that the projects are completed in a timely manner. Timely response to customer issues is required.

    - Driving standards for system administration processes and writing scripts to automate the processes.

    - Justification, procurement, installation and support for hardware and software. The person will have to meet with the hardware and software vendors to understand technology trends and recommend solutions to satisfy customer needs.

    - Participation in weekly team meetings and creating project plans.

    - Documentation and user training.

    Required Candidate profile

    Job Requirements (Specific Knowledge and Skills required for this position):

    Education and Experience:

    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

    - Minimum 3 years of experience with designing, implementing, and managing hardware & software solutions, and supporting compute environments.

    - Experience in SAP, Oracle applications environment

    Span of Authority (Degree of Management Required):

    - Independently determines course of action. Receives some supervision on overall direction.

    Supervisory Responsibility:

    - Mentoring and overseeing work of junior team members.

    Technical knowledge and Skills:

    Required:

    - Operating Systems: Windows Server and desktop OS

    - System Provisioning: SCCM, KACE, MDT, WDS

    - Authentication: Active Directory, Azure AD

    - Virtualization: VMWare, Hyper-V

    - Scripting: PowerShell

    - Database: MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL

    - Server Monitoring: Nagios, SolarWinds

    - Remote Server Administration: HP iLO, IBM IMM.

    Desired:

    - Operating Systems: Linux

    - Server Monitoring: Ganglia, Zenoss, Solar Winds, HP Insight Manager, IBM Systems Director, NetApp DFM.

    - Knowledge of MDM and BYOD.

    - Knowledge of Microsoft Project or Project.net

    - Disaster Recovery Technologies
