You will be aligned with our Business Operations vertical and help us supervise the day to day operational and administrative activities, ensuring that all processes are followed / executed and that deadlines are met.
You will be working as a part of Workforce Management team which is into the process of maximizing performance levels and competency for an organization. The process includes all the activities needed to maintain a productive workforce, such as field service management, human resource management, performance and training management, data collection, recruiting, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling and analytics.
You will be responsible for Workforce services where in you will be required to track progress from staffing, logistics and change management perspective and highlight any deviations. You will be involved in short term planning and management, maintaining internal forecasts and track forecast accuracy. You will be monitoring scheduling efficiency and recommend schedule changes, hours of operation etc. to meet the optimum utilization of agents and seats.

In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through pre cedent and referral to general guidelines. Expected interaction is within own team and direct supervisor. Detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments would be provided. Decisions impact own work. Individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
