Job Description


  • Candidates are required to managing Technical issue resolution for customer with regards to connectivity, device functionality and similar cases
  • Candidates to respond to the incidents / issues reported by Customer predominantly through chat & remote support.
  • Candidates to identify, investigate and diagnose the issue and take necessary action.
  • Candidates constantly upgrades his technical, process and soft skills..
  • Detailed Troubleshooting
  • Understanding system configuration
  • System settings and changes (in case of any technical changes to be done)
  • Candidates are required to have excellent communication skills - written and oral
  • Willingness to work mainly US shifts
  • Typing speed is crucial (Speed - 40 words per minute - 95% accuracy)
  • Ability to think out of the box
  • Work Location : Gurugram

  • Experience Required : 1-4 years

  • Graduate - Any Stream
  • Minimum experience of 1 year in technical telecom based chat process (International BPO: Technical Chat
