JOB DESCRIPTIONS
As a part of Data Sourcing & Cataloging team in the Center for Data & Insights within Accenture Applied Intelligence, this position will work with various Industry/ Function Insights teams to understand the analytical use cases and define data requirements to solve those use cases. This position requires ability to synthesize the data requirements, interact with multiple stakeholders across the Accenture organization and other 3rd party data vendors to evaluate and assess data availability & quality and then work with Data Platform and Data Governance teams to ensure integration/ onboarding of shortlisted data sources into the common platform.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum undergraduate technical degree (B.E. / BTech/ equivalent) or post-graduation degree in Management, Economics or any quantitative field.
YOUR EXPERIENCE:

This position requires a strong individual contributor who can engage in data requirements discussions, document data sourcing needs and work in a collaborative manner with stakeholders across the organization. Proven ability to deliver results is a must. Individual must be able to effectively interact with cross-functional partners at senior levels that are internal and external to Accenture and Accenture s Clients. Ideal candidate will have to demonstrate excellent project management skills, strong communication with the ability to present findings to multiple levels. Experienced in delivering on data driven engagements in an agile environment.

Experience:

2-4 years of experience in Data Management/ Analytics roles, with good knowledge of enterprise data base management and data architecture

Experience working with multiple business teams and understanding the data requirements, data availability across the enterprise and with external data ecosystem

Experience with Enterprise DW / Data Science using technologies like Hive, Cassandra, Spark, kafka, Flume, Python, R etc.

Hands on experience in at least 1 relational database like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL etc.

Experience working with at least one of the cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Experience with Data Governance initiatives
