• Hands on with Adobe Sling Resource architecture

• Proficient in Site Reliability and debugging infra prod issues

• Understanding of cyber skills like DDOS attacks .

• Understanding of Web security architecture(WAF rules,dispatcher

rules).

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Senior Level AEM Developer to join our dynamic

team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing

solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Your expertise will be crucial in

creating scalable, high-performance web applications and content management

systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AEM-based solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital

experiences.

• Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and security.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

• Optimize application performance and scalability.

• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

• Stay updated with the latest AEM features and industry trends.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

• Strong proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

• Familiarity with web application architecture and design patterns.

• Knowledge of AEM workflows, templates, and components.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AEM development tools such as CRXDE and Apache Sling.

• Knowledge of architectural patterns and best practices in AEM development.

• Previous experience in end-to-end AEM implementations.
