• OEM of CT-EDS, X-BIS, ETD etc. for its maintenance
• For OMP management

Baggage Handling System

• Responsible for Inline Baggage Screening and maintenance of record of security related lapses / incidents pertaining to Inline screening and with action taken.
• Maintain healthy TIP record

Conduct pre-operational checks on all security

• Perform screening and interpret baggage images in accordance with AvSec circulars, orders, guidelines, and SOPs.
• Maintain a high level of alertness and vigilance during all screening procedures.
• Accurately document records of screened baggage in compliance with AvSec regulations and prevailing SOPs.
• Attend pre-shift briefings conducted by the Shift In-Charge to stay updated on operational requirements.
• Ensure smooth operations by rotating efficiently at X-BIS as per AvSec standards.
• Adhere strictly to all BCAS and DGCA directives, always ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain all necessary registers to monitor equipment serviceability, track downtime, and report issues, following AvSec guidelines and SOPs.
• Conduct pre-operational checks on all security screening equipment (X-BIS, ETD, CT-EDS), and report findings to the Supervisor or Security In-Charge.
• 100% detection rate for Threat Image Projection (TIP).
• Ensure updates and compliance related to the Baggage Handling System and participate in regular audits.
• Ensure high standards of discipline.
• He/ She will be required to support the business objectives depending on the companys Vision, Mission and Values of the organization
• Ensure 100 % compliance with BCAS/ DGCA Guidelines.
• Attend Briefing, Debriefings, alert messages
• Smooth performance of ILHBSS
• Ensure discipline within the team and leaves are granted judiciously to maintain sufficient strength for operation

Preferred candidate profile

• Number of incidents
• Monitoring TIP records and steps taken to improve performance
• Ensure all security equipment is serviceable before operation as per regulations.
• No Non-compliance of BCAS/ DGCA guidelines
• Read & Sign record
• Delays due to screening through ILHBSS should be avoided.
• Company Policy and HOD instructions

Please note this shall be an apprenticeship for 12 months
