Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team through collaboration & influencing cement team & network
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team & motivate them to deliver desired results
- Managing the activities and performance of the sales team
- Work on lead generation through Influencer management in the region
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting influencer relationships by partnering with them
- Operations management - Track & manage stock levels, Reorder Qty, MSL, Demand Forecasting, Scheme settlement, Product display & POSM etc.
- Identify emerging markets trends, report to HO team & work together on development & last mile deployment.
Preferred candidate profile
3-6 Years Experience in Building materials OR Paints industry
Education
UG:B.Tech/B.E. in Ceramics, Civil,Diploma in Chemical, Civil, Engineering,B.Sc in Chemistry
