- Responsible for managing and handling Implementation Clients.
- Responsible for handling a team of recruiters.
- To ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders.
- Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Min 5-10 Years of experience in US IT recruitment
- Min 3+ Years Team handling experience
- Extensive experience in self-sourcing using Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed) and social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, GitHub, etc.). Understanding of ATS will be an advantage.
- Should be good with technologies or a thorough understanding of various IT/BFSI/Telecom terminologies.
- Exposure working with Direct Client/VMS Based clients.
- Experience with various tax terms C2C
- Go getter attitude, ability to think out of the box.
- Good candidate pipeline building & mapping skills.
- Track-record of Quality over Quantity.
- Exceptionally good at negotiations and selling the organisation to the candidates.
- Good listening skills and ability to articulate their thought process through emails, telephonic conversations, etc.
