Role Overview
The Assistant Manager - Delivery will support the delivery of cybersecurity engagements across OT and IT domains. This role is ideal for high-potential early-career professionals looking to build a career in cybersecurity service delivery. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, clients, and delivery leads to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
The candidate will gain hands-on experience in cybersecurity delivery processes, client coordination, reporting, and adherence to delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Support & Coordination
- Assist in the day-to-day management of ongoing cybersecurity projects (assessment, implementation, or operations).
- Maintain project trackers, action logs, SLA dashboards, and delivery documentation.
- Track task-level progress across internal teams and external partners.
- Participate in client calls and internal reviews as a support owner.
Governance & Reporting
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal and client stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of status updates, metrics, and incident logs.
- Maintain risk and issue logs and follow up on closure.
Process Adherence & Quality Control
- Ensure compliance with internal delivery frameworks, SOPs, and documentation standards.
- Support delivery audits, knowledge management, and quality control initiatives.
- Learn and apply ITIL/NIST/ISO 27001 delivery principles under guidance.
Candidate Profile
Must-have
- 1-3 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, or project coordination.
- Strong interest in OT/IT security domains and service delivery.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts (firewalls, IAM, incident response, etc.).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and task-tracking skills.
- Strong problem-solving orientation and willingness to work in client-facing settings.
Preferred
- Bachelors in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or equivalent.
- Certifications (preferred): ISO 27001 Foundation, ITIL Foundation, or any entry-level security certification.
- Exposure to industrial systems, SCADA, or SOC tools is a plus.
