Function Summary

Responsible for end-to-end vendor management (onboarding, payment, performance evaluation) and supporting Distribution TA & HR Strategic Initiatives team via analytics, reporting, and budgeting. Focus areas include cost optimization, compliance, and maintaining dashboards to track hiring, diversity, and financial KPIs.

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic individual who has handon experience in Vendor Compliance and Governance to manage vendor relationships, oversee performance, and provide reporting on cost analysis, incentives, and attrition. Role combines Vendor Management, financial insight, HR reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Management

• Empanelment: Handle vendor onboarding, documentation, and system training.
• Payments: Manage PR, PO, GRN; coordinate with Finance for payments and audits.
• Performance: Evaluate vendor performance and work with Channel TA Leaders to suggest areas of improvement
• Audit & Compliance: Ensure timely and compliant disbursements.
• Reporting: Collaborate with Finance for cost and incentive accuracy.

HR Reporting

• Reports: Create and maintain recurring/ad-hoc reports.
• Cost Tracker: Monitor HR expenses for cost optimization.
• Incentive Analysis: Ensure payouts align with contracts and budgets.
• TA Budgeting: Manage recruitment vendor costs vs. allocation.
• Joiner/Attrition Analysis: Analyze vendor-based hiring and exits.

• Graduate in any stream
