Job Purpose: Associate Lead - Sales Enterprise will drive business growth in the data centre sector by developing strategic sales plans, targeting key enterprise clients, and delivering tailored solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, staying updated on industry trends, and representing the company at key events to boost brand visibility and secure new business.
*Key Responsibilities of RoleSales Management: Lead the enterprise sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive growth.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.
Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, providing tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product development, and operations teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and address challenges.
Sales Proposals & Negotiations: Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
Industry Trends: Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape to guide sales strategies and positioning.
Brand Positioning: Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.
Team Development: Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
