The Associate Team Lead Sales plays a pivotal role in driving enrolments and leading a team of Sales Counsellors. The role focuses on market penetration, enquiry generation, team coaching, counselling, conversions, and ensuring system accuracy. Success in this role is defined by team performance on lead generation, counselling quality, enrolment targets, and compliance with processes.

Responsibilities and Duties
1. Market & Ecosystem Understanding
- Deep understanding of micro-markets, local ecosystems including employment exchanges, tier-3 colleges, job fairs, and unorganised workforce channels.
- Analyze trends and identify new areas for expansion and outreach.
2. Team Leadership & Enablement
- Guide and coach 36 Sales Counsellors for optimal lead conversion.
- Monitor individual and team KPIs.
- Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions.
- Provide on-ground and remote support during student counselling or enrolment drives.
3. Enquiry Generation & Sales Execution
- Drive activity plans for walk-ins and enrolments via BTL activities, third-party channels, outreach campaigns.
- Personally engage high-potential prospects and key stakeholders.
- Build and manage database of eligible candidates.
- Execute tele-calling campaigns and deliver persuasive sales pitches to increase conversion.
- Conduct field visits for enrolment and lead generation in new and existing locations.
4. Admission Process Compliance
- Ensure accurate and complete sharing of course details with students.
- Monitor adherence to admission SOPs and escalation management.
- Validate and approve documentation as per internal standards.
5. Reporting & System Management
- Ensure real-time updates in CRM/system.
- Daily team performance reporting.
- Share insights and recommendations with senior management.
- Contribute to batch planning and launch based on enrolment trends.
Educational Qualifications
Mandatory: Graduate
Preferred: MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Sales/Marketing
