Job Title: BIM Modeler

Experience:

• 6-8 years of experience in BIM modeling within the Aviation industry
• Demonstrated track record of successful completion of aviation projects using BIM software
• Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BIM models for aviation projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate BIM into the project design and construction processes
• Utilize BIM software to generate 3D models, simulations, and visualizations for project presentations and reviews
• Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve design conflicts early in the project phase
• Prepare detailed documentation and reports based on BIM models to support decision-making and project management
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in BIM technology to enhance project efficiency and quality
• Provide training and guidance to junior BIM team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team
• Adhere to Adani Group's safety standards, quality guidelines, and project protocols to ensure project success and client satisfaction

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field

Certification required:

• Professional certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional: Revit for Architectural Design)

Behavioural Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse project teams
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset to ensure accuracy in BIM models and project deliverables
• Problem-solving abilities to address complex design challenges and optimize project outcomes

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD Architecture
• Advanced knowledge of BIM workflows, clash detection techniques, and model coordination
• Experience in creating parametric families, custom templates, and BIM standards for aviation projects

Non-Negotiable Skills:

• Professional certification in BIM modeling
