Role & responsibilities :
Business Delivery & Revenue Growth
- Own and deliver revenue and productivity targets for the branch.
- Drive core sales metrics such as AFYP, case rate, persistency, and agent activation.
- Ensure GOLD system compliance and regular review of performance KPIs.
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, onboard, and develop high-potential Sales Managers and Agent Advisors.
- Conduct structured weekly PRPs (Performance Review & Planning) with the sales team.
- Design and implement development plans for retention and career growth of Sales Managers.
- Build a strong leadership pipeline by identifying and grooming future Sales Managers (SMs) and Agent Partners (APs).
Process Excellence & Governance
- Ensure adherence to compliance, customer service, and process standards.
- Regularly monitor team performance, adherence to code of conduct, and company policies.
- Manage HO coordination, audits, and sales promotion initiatives efficiently.
Market Development & Expansion
- Identify and tap into local market opportunities through networking and referrals.
- Drive strategic initiatives to expand agency footprint and penetrate high-value segments.
Success Metrics
- Branch CGPA and GOLD audit ratings
- AFYP and Persistency
- Case Rate and Paid Cases per Agent
- Recruitment and Retention of SMs & Agents
- Number of Promotions and Leadership Development
- Active Agent Retention and YTD Appointments
Candidate Profile
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate (Mandatory); MBA preferred
Experience:
- MBA candidates: Minimum 6 years in life insurance sales and team management
- Graduates: Minimum 8-10 years in agency sales, recruitment, and performance leadership
- Strong knowledge of the local market, proven team-building ability, and experience in structured, performance-driven organizations
