    Job Title: Business Coordinator - Ad Sales


    Job Summary: As a Business Coordinator specializing in Ad Sales, you will be responsible

    for supporting the advertising sales team in executing campaigns, managing client

    relationships, and ensuring the smooth coordination of advertising activities. Your role is

    crucial in facilitating communication between internal teams and clients to drive successful

    advertising initiatives and revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Client Management:

    • Serve as a key point of contact for advertising clients, addressing inquiries, and

    ensuring customer satisfaction.

    • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and objectives.

    2. Campaign Coordination:

    • Coordinate the execution of advertising campaigns, including scheduling, creative

    assets, and campaign delivery.

    • Work closely with internal teams, such as creative, production, and finance, to ensure

    seamless campaign implementation.


    3. Sales Support:

    • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.

    • Provide administrative support in tracking sales leads, client communications, and

    contract management.


    4. Market Research:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential advertising opportunities and stay

    informed about industry trends.

    • Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to make informed

    recommendations.

    5. Reporting and Analytics:

    • Compile and analyze data related to ad sales performance, providing insights to

    optimize campaigns.

    • Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders and clients to track advertising

    metrics.

    6. Event Coordination:

    • Assist in organizing events related to ad sales, such as client meetings,

    presentations, and industry conferences.

    • Coordinate logistics for events to ensure a positive and impactful experience for

    clients.

    7. Relationship Building:

    • Build and nurture relationships with advertising clients, agencies, and partners.

    • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's

    presence in the advertising market.


    8. Administrative Support:

    • Provide administrative assistance to the ad sales team, including calendar

    management, travel arrangements, and expense tracking.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.

    • Proven experience in advertising, sales coordination, or a similar role.

    • Strong understanding of advertising industry trends and digital media.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.


    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
