The job requires a strong grasp of the following analyses:

• Discounted Cash Flow Analysis
• Comparable Merger and Acquisition Transaction Analysis
• Comparable Public Company Multiple Analysis
• Black-Scholes Option Pricing Valuation Analysis
• discounts for lack of marketability and lack of control for equity securities
• Purchase Price Allocation - ASC 805, Goodwill Impairment - ASC 350, Fair Value - ASC 820 valuation
• Intangible Asset Valuation - Multi-period excess earnings method, relief from royalty method
• Perform benchmarking, analysis of financial statements, and economic analysis of companies, markets, and industries.

Who have worked on Discounted cash flow method, Guideline M&A transaction method, Guideline public company method, Option Pricing Model etc. Well Versed in 409A Valuation, Goodwill Impairment Valuation, ASC 820 Valuation, ASC 805 or Purchase Price Allocation etc.
