Roles and Responsibilities

  • Achieving the sales target for the centre
  • Taking care of branding & marketing of centre
  • Budgeting Annual Financial and Operational Requirements
  • Budget / Cost Control of Training and Maintenance of Accounts of Training Centre
  • Defining Administrative and HR Requirements of the Training Centre and maintaining the same
  • Defining Processes and Monitoring Documentation Format and Maintenance of the same for all Trainings at Centre Level MIS
  • Defining Training Requirements - Internal and Customer and get all Trainings Conducted
  • Defining Training Dates, Coordinate with Local and National Trainings
  • Customer Consulting and Selling Training Courses as per Customer Needs
  • Execution of Trainings with Support of Trainers
  • Evaluation of Success of Training
  • Liaisoning with Government Officials at Local / National Level
