Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Job Requirements :


  • Key Responsibilities : A-Responsible for handling end-to-end lifecycle of priority incidents, interacting with application owners, supports groups and customer stakeholders B-Communicating Investigation progress report Resolution notification to all stakeholders, if necessary C-Initiating technical bridge calls with support teams and application managers for priority incidents, driving Service Restoration team towards resolution D-Follow up on all pending and inprogress Incidents and driving them towards resolution

  • Technical Experience : A-Hands-on experience on Incident, Change, Problem ManagementB-Good to have technical understanding of L2 towersC-Good to have knowledge of cloud platform D-Analytical knowledgeE-ITIL V3/4 certification

  • Professional Attributes : A-Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision

  • Educational Qualification : Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant field
