Role : SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner

Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Job Requirements :

Key Responsibilities :

1 Liaising with the customer technical representatives

2 Provide recommendations to client on deployment of new features

3 Create and Manage requests on ITSM tool

4 Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer

5 Design, Implementation and Administration of large complexity latest virtualization technologies

Technical Experience :

1 Design, Implementation and Administration of large complexity latest virtualization technologies

2 Hands on experience on Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop 6X and 7X in large enterprise environments

3 Experience in Application Virtualisation technology AppV and integrating with Citrix

4 Experiance in AppSense and User Personalization

5 Knowledge in Director/Storefront/Profile management / Patching of Target Servers in PVS Environment

Professional Attributes :

1 Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

2 Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

3 Should be able to initial level of trouble shootings 4 Flexible to work in 24/7 environment

Educational Qualification : As per Accenture standard

Additional Information : Good to have relevant certification
