Job Title: Lead Civil Engineer - Sr. Manager/DGM/ AGM Projects

Location: Guwahati Assam

Purpose The lead Civil engineer position at Adani in Sr. Manager/DGM/ AGM Projects, offers a challenging opportunity for a highly experienced individual in the Power/Energy industry. The role requires expertise in BTG/ BOP/Structure package in Thermal power plant, along with a strong background in Civil Engineering. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional leadership and management skills, aligning with Adani's values of integrity, commitment, and excellence.

Skills:

Oversee Civil Construction activities for BTG / BOP and other civil structures within the Thermal power plant.

• Manage and lead a team of civil engineers and construction personnel to ensure project deadlines are met efficiently.
• Site Construction experience is must.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate civil construction activities with overall project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout all construction processes.
• Provide expertise in resolving any civil engineering challenges that may arise during project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress to address any deviations from the construction plans.
• Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to source materials and services required for civil construction activities.
• Srepare and manage project budgets, keeping track of expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness in all construction projects.

Education Qualification

• B.Tech/ B.E in Civil Engineering

Experience

• 15-25 years of experience in the Power/Energy industry.
