Civil Finishing

*Purpose/Objective

Manage and take care of civil structure works, Handing over of Flats and project activities such as monitoring of site activities, quality control, site safety, billing process, Coordination for Rectification of Snag points as Raised by QA team.

*Description for Internal Candidates*Key Responsibilities of Role

Site Finishing ( Civil Works ) : -

Oversee all finishing activities on construction sites, ensuring they meet quality standards and project specifications. 

• Handling of finishing work i.e., Tilling, Dado Work, Paint work, Stonework, False ceiling work, Flush door work and wooden flooring work according to Drawings.
• Practically handling over of flats, all road & pathway work i.e., Earth filling work, GSB work, WMM Work, Kerbstone work, sewer, storm & water supply line work and Paver block, according to drawings. 
• Checking of all amendments quantities as per drawings.
• To Prepare weekly SRFA report. 
• Creating concern report / Safety interaction in Gensuite. 
• Co-ordination with Safety team / Quality team & all other respective departments for day-to-day work. 
• To co-ordinate with Design team & consultants for GFC drawings.
• To plan for completion of the projects as per the timelines , approved budget , design and drawings, safety & Quality parameters

*Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. 
• Around 10 to 13 years of relevant experience. 
• Must have knowledge of working on MS Excel. 
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
• Must have worked with Real Estate Developer.
