Cloud Based Service Management Process Design SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner

  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1:Manage the lifecycle of all network infrastructure changes from GNOC by collaborating with diverse network teams per cloud platform and client change management team 2:Apply a structured methodology in the plan, schedule and execution phases of all categories of changes Closely collaborate with technical leads/engineering resources in achieving the above 3:Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify/mitigate key risks to execution of planned changes
  • Technical Experience : Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization Excellent active listening skills Strong analytic and decision-making abilities Must be a team player and able to work with and through others Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal Added advantage: CCNA certified

  • Educational Qualification : Graduation
  • Additional Information : a:Provide leadership and supervision to team members operating in 24 x 7 shifts
