Practice Overview:
The M&A and Digital Strategy Practice in Capability Network is completely aligned to the Accenture Strategy global agenda. Accenture Strategy operates at the intersection of business and technology. Our clients require technology-enabled strategies to take advantage of opportunities to drive values, shape new businesses and design operating models for the future.
The M&A and Digital Strategy Practice in the Capability Network supports Accenture Strategy teams in their go-to-market, sales and delivery activities. Seamlessly providing the right resources and services at the right time, it enables practitioners to focus on the end goal of targeting and delivering value to clients.
The M&A team concentrates on Pre- and Post- Merger work like target screening, synergy assessment, PMI and portfolio interventions. The Digital Strategy team works on a client’s digital lifecycle spanning across digital ambition, digital action, digital achievement and digital strategy realization. Apart from this the practice also takes up projects in Market Entry Strategy, Pricing Strategy, Operating Model Strategy and Growth Strategy.
In the M&A and Digital Strategy Practice we are business and technology strategists who are obsessed with creating value for our clients. Qualifications:

An MBA (preferable from tier 1

Experience:

A minimum of 10 years of progressive business or consulting experience.

An excellent, established track record for selling and delivering consulting engagements.

Experience working with C level executive clients

Experience in a consulting firm, with extensive experience in projects in which the primary stakeholder was the CEO; Chief Strategy Officer

Consulting experience in Corporate Strategy/Restructuring; Growth Strategy, Market Entry Strategy, Operating Model Strategy, Business Model development, Strategic Cost Reduction, Digital business

Business/ Industry experience in broad based general management in blue chip organizations with background in sales/ marketing
