Within Business Strategy, the focus capabilities include Growth Strategy and Market Entry Strategy, Corporate Strategy, Operating Model and Zero-based Organisation, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Digital Strategy.
The Growth Strategy capability focuses on helping clients define/ reshape their strategy in order to drive business growth e.g. increase market share, significantly grow Revenue, EBITDA improvement etc. Market Entry focuses on helping client assess new markets and expand into new industries/ geographies/ lines of business. Growth and Market Entry strategy have a strong element of an external assessment of the specific industry/ market to help client understand market landscape and size, growth drivers and future potential, competitive landscape and customer insights.
The Operating Model capability focusses on an internal assessment of the client s organisation across significant levers such as Organisation Structure and Leadership, Governance, Processes, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Key capabilities, IT tools etc. and helping clients become more agile in this digital age.
The M&A capability focuses on Pre- and Post- Merger work like target screening, synergy assessment, post-merger integration and portfolio interventions.
The Digital Strategy capability works on a client s digital agenda, spanning the entire lifecycle; this includes digital ambition, digital action, digital achievement and digital strategy realization.

Qualifications : MBA from a tier 1 institute Experience: Should have prior experience in one or more of the following areas: Corporate Transformation; Mergers & Acquisitions; Shareholder Value Analysis (SVA); Organization Strategy; Pricing and Profit Optimization; Growth and Innovation.
