Job Description

Principal Duties And Responsibilities:General Business Consulting

  • Solve an unstructured problem where brief provided is minimum. Solves the problem by breaking down into structured modules. Follows fundamentals of issue-based problem solving
  • Construct basic components of business case and value analyses e.g. market share improvement, sales uplift, cost optimization etc.
  • Perform Research and Analysis of client s business, market, competitors and make appropriate inferences even if information available is insufficient. Can interpret data in context of industry and company specific issues
  • Shape the analytics operating model with an understanding of challenges in data maturity in CPG companies & addressing the same
  • Understand & implement analytics solution ecosystem with basic understanding of technology stack for on-premise and cloud (GCP, Azure, AWS)
  • Understand & shape strategy around Master Data Management & Governance, Data Quality Management, Data Architecture & Security to enable analytics development
  • Work closely with the development team and develop/debug scripts in Python/R
  • Report the impact/outcome of the analysis with periodic refresh leveraging strong analytical & presentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel and BI tools like PowerBI, QlikSense, Tableau)

Sales & Marketing Analytics

  • Understand and translate client business problems to analytics hypothesis & model
  • Lead team in the data synthesis process, solution design and creation of actionable insights, implications and recommendations to address client''s business issues in the areas of Route-to-market, Sales optimization, Revenue management, Incentive management, Consumer targeting, Marketing analytics using 1P, 2P and 3P Data
  • Provide high-end consulting to clients to help them sharpen their business strategy by implementing analytical models using techniques like Linear Regression, Logistic regression, Bayesian regression, Factor analysis, Cluster analysis, Sampling, ARIMA that support the realization of business objectives
  • Develop KPI frameworks for evaluating direct and indirect impacts of initiatives
  • Generate knowledge sharing trends in the team, participate in developing white papers & share new trends in sales & marketing analytics with
