Job Description

We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who will help define sales and marketing strategies design and implement loyalty solutions and help optimize our client’s customer loyalty program. Individuals must have good communication skills knowledge in relevant technologies innovative thinking and commitment to quality.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Developing Account based marketing programs .ABM.
• Designing interventions to drive customer acquisition or customer engagement
• Managing full spectrum of Marketing program execution from strategy definition to technical delivery in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Extensive experience and hands-on role in conducting requirement gathering and design workshops preparing solution and functional blueprint leading and coordinating solution design and deployment across multi-dimensional team
• Monitoring trends analyzing data to optimize marketing campaigns
• Identifying marketing process improvement opportunities
• Developing business case for campaign strategies technology solutions
• Developing or supporting development of martech or adtech platform technology .

Qualifications: Master of Business Administration or Post Graduate Diploma in Management.

Experience: Overall experience of 3 years in designing or managing marketing campaigns with at least 1 years of hands-on or functional consultant experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot implementation with deep functional industry and client facing experience Should be certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot Experience with CRM Marketing software Channel integration Real Time Decisioning is desirable. Strong understanding of how digital channels work together to create a cohesive personalized marketing program for the customer not just knowledge of one channel Experience managing digital campaigns for large complex clients with proficiency in measurement and operations.

Ability to use insights for campaign and strategy optimization Experience with organizing 1st 2nd 3rd party data segments and campaign setup. Ability to drive the engagement with minimal supervisor involvement and should be able to work independently from onshore or offshore Ability to establish and build on working relationships effectively.

Key Competencies and Skills:

Hands-on experience of SFMC or Pardot Good Consulting experience is preferred. Experience in working with middle to senior management levels within existing organization or client organizations.
