Role Description
You will be aligned with our Intelligent Products and Platforms capability as part of our Product as-a-service enablement (PaaSE) offering to help our client transform their claim processing using different analytics tools and techniques
You will be responsible for warranty and claim management wherein you will be working on transforming the warranty and claim process using digital and analytics technologies
You will be analyzing and understanding warranty data by using warranty/after-sales data captured via the client, developing models, and building solutions to help in warranty cost reduction or improve product quality
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in mechanical or equivalent and masters(strongly preferred) in MBA Supply Chain, Operations or Logistics from Premier B-schools
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the industry, consulting and similar role
Experience in the Automotive, Heavy Equipment, Industrial Products industry would be desirable
Experience in managing after-sales service, warranty, claim, product reliability, and quality (mandatory)
Familiarity with statistical and analytics models/solution/ tools in the warranty, claims management areas
