Looking for individual with hands-on experience in defining and implementing strategy programs in the area of business transformation, define and optimize go-to market channels, design the product and services, increase customer life time value, define service to delight customers and optimize marketing spend.
We are looking for candidate with in-depth experience in more than one area from below
Business Transformation: Experience in defining the business strategy around market entry, branding, organization design and performance management for Client s/ company s Retail business (B2B/B2C)
Revenue enhancement Strategies:
oCommercial Channel: strategies to increase revenue from traditional channels along with experience (business case, strategy and implementation) in launching new channels to grow retail business. Leveraging digital for sales acceleration.
oPricing & new Product/service design: leveraging analytics to design new products and services in energy and non-energy space.
Customer Life time value: Experience in maximizing CLV through but not limited to
Customer Service: Experience encompassing below
oImproving NPS / CSAT scores
oCost to serve optimization
Beneficial to have but not mandatory
Experience is defining Technology roadmap in digital marketing
Domain experience in electricity, gas or water utilities industries in UK/US market
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Education: MBA (Tier 1), Relevant accreditation for Utilities industry
7- 10 years of experience predominantly customer space (B2B/B2C)
Experience in retail business while working with any of the below industry
oConsulting, Insurance, Telecom, Media, Social Networking (twitter, Facebook), e-commerce (Amazon, flipkart, etc) or Google
oPreferred: Experience of working with Utilities RETAIL clients for regulated or de-regulated market (preferred experience Europe, US, ANZ)
Ability to effectively manage workload and meet aggressive deadlines
Role may require 40% to 60% travel
Strong interpersonal, motivational and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to think strategically
Demonstrated success in establishing senior-level relationships and networks within the Organization
Ability to lead a multilocation virtual team
Ability to work with minimal supervision and lead & manage large teams in a distributed consulting model
